About the event
Come at 6:00 for free lawn bowling and croquet lessons. Concert starts at 7:00. Jazz bassist Larry Davis Vernec, a native of Montreal, began his formal bass studies in 1982 with John Leftwich, in Encinitas, north of San Diego California. Vernec has played in a wide variety of jazz combos since the mid 1980’s and moved to Denver Colorado in 2019.
Now as a Denver resident, Vernec plays jazz with a variety of local players, currently playing with Tenia Nelson, Alex Trip, Harold Summey, Daniel Moran, Jaik Hakkarinen, Elliot Litz, Mike Garvey, Derek Banach and others.
